U14 boys , U 14 Girls & U 14 boys Qualified for District level
Harischandrians won a massive 224 runs win over the 08th consecutive year between Sri Pangnananda National College, Raddoluwa and Harischandra National College Negombo.
Harischandrians, who first batted in the match, held at the BOI grounds, scored 250 runs for 5 wickets at the end of the scheduled 50-overs.
Devinda Darshan was dismissed for 21 after building a 41-run partnership for the first-wicket and Sachitha Gimhana scored 15 off 79 balls.
Captain Theekshana Silva, the captain of the team, scored 49 runs in 71 balls, while Shakila Ashen scored 89 runs not out with 12 fours in 76 balls.
In bowling, Dinuka Aloka took three wickets for 36 runs and Yasintha Semal took two wickets for 41 runs for the team.
Pursuing a winning target of 251 runs, Thiekshana and Sachitha were able to take the first three wickets of the Pangnananda players within 7 runs beforehand Dinuka Aloka, Sithum Vimarshana and Madupa Sudesh make for runs.
Subsequently, Pangnananda’s innings was limited to 26 runs due to the outstanding performances of the Harishchandra bowlers, who did not allow any batsman to cross the 10-run mark.
Haritha Dinendra, the top scorer of the Pangnananda team, scored 06 points, while Sachintha Sandaruwan and Achina Kanil scored 4 runs each.
Harishchandrians, who performed well with the ball, managed to take five wickets for 6 runs for the team and Rashen Salinga, was a great supporter who took 4 wickets for 15 runs.

Sri Panjananda College – 26/10 (12.5): Haritha Dinendra 06, Sachitha Summer 5/6, Rashen Salinga 4/15.
Dinuka Dewinda, Grade 11 (2020) student of Harischandra College has been enlisted in the final top 20s in the compitition “ABHIYOGA 21”, All-Island inter-school trilingual media compitition organized by Bandaranayake College, Gampaha in collaboration with Department of Government Information and the Ministry of Mass-Media.
